How to Manage New Leads through the Tasks tab

Learn how to manage your new Homebot leads

Your clients can refer people from their Homeowner digest and Buyer report, and the Get Leads tab enables you to capture new leads through Homebot.

When a Lender has a new lead through Homebot, we'll notify them via email and display them in the Tasks tab.

To start managing New Leads through the Tasks tab, click on Manage in the navigation bar. Then, select Tasks:

Click on Review client details to review each client's details and activity. Make note of any outreach or contact you may have already had with them.

  • Don't have BombBomb? Send leads a personalized email introduction and let them know you're available if they have any questions!

  • For leads with high activity: Call them directly, ask them how they're doing, how they like the report, and see if they have any questions!
