The Client Meter on the Billing Info page is the best place to go to see your billable client count and remaining client capacity on your Homebot plan.
Note: Client counts are updated nightly so be sure to check back the following day after adding new clients to verify your totals.
What is a billable client?
We define a billable client as the following:
Homes - Since a home can be associated with multiple co-borrowers, Homebot counts the household rather than counting co-borrowers separately.
Standalone Buyers - Any client that is not associated with a home in Homebot. Standalone Buyers receive the monthly Buyers' Report, but won't be sent a Home Digest since they don't have a home address in the system.
Standalone Homeowners - These clients are associated with one or more homes in Homebot, and are not designated as a Buyer in Homebot. These clients will receive monthly Home Digest and Home Market Reports.
Homeowner/Buyers - These clients are associated with one or more homes in Homebot and are designated as a Buyer in Homebot. These clients will receive monthly Home Digest and Buyer's Reports.
A note on Buyers: You can designate a client as a Buyer when adding new clients. Homebot will also designate clients as Buyers based on how they're engaging with their Homebot. For example, if a client indicates buying interest by engaging with the Market Explorer feature, Homebot will designate them as a Buyer and the client will start to receive a monthly Buyer's Report.
A note on Homeowners: Your overall billable client count is a reflection of the quantity of property units/homes within your database -- not the individual homeowner/co-borrower.
