If you are currently on an individual plan but wish to change to the team plan, please send customer support a direct message using the pink icon at the bottom right corner of your account.
How to operate under a growth team account:
Homebot only supports associating one email with your account. If you are managing your account as a team, please choose an email that is best for receiving all incoming client inquiries so that you can easily distribute and handle leads.
Once you've decided on your team email address, all you have to do is update your Profile to include a team photo & your team name.
To do so, go to your ACCOUNT tab:
From there, you'll want to update your profile information to include:
Your team name in the First & Last name fields
Your team photo
Your team website
An email that's best for the whole team
Please note: Only one NMLS ID can be associated with your account.
