How the Agent Growth Plan works
When signing up for this plan, you'll have Admin access for account management and team control.
How is this plan billed?
Unified billing with a single invoice for all agents on the plan, billed to the account admin.
The base subscription includes 500 clients total for entire team
Once 500 total clients are exceeded, the main account is billed at $20 per additional client block of 500
$100 per month for the first agent (Note first agent is not impacted by cosponsorship)
Additional agent profiles can be added at $50 per profile, per month and if any additional agent pairs with a lender, the overall price is reduced by $25 per paired agent.
FAQ's
Q: How does the client pool work across multiple agent profiles?
A: Every additional profile added to the Growth plan is considered part of the shared pool of 500 clients. If your team requires more clients, you can purchase additional blocks of 500 clients for $20 per block (billed automatically).
Q: How does pricing change with a co-sponsoring lender?
A: Adding a co-branded lender will reduce the cost of additional agent profiles to $25 per month (down from the standard $50 per agent). This price reduction applies only if the additional agent has a co-sponsoring lender (not applicable to account admin’s standard subscription cost).
How to Switch to the Growth Plan
If you are currently on an an individual agent plan, but want to switch to the Growth plan, you can easily do so by sending customer support a direct message through the pink icon at the bottom right corner of your account.

Adding Additional Agent Profiles
Step 1: Navigate to the ACCOUNT tab
Step 2: Select Admin Settings
Step 3: Click on the Add New tab
Step 4: Lastly, add their contact information, website, etc. to create a new agent profile!

Transfer Clients Between Agents
If an agent leaves the company, you can reassign their clients to another agent on your team. Click the drop-down menu to the right of the agent's name and select the "Transfer" option.
Impersonate Agents on the Plan
Access an agent's account to review their client engagement, adjust digest settings, etc.
Understand “Pending Agent Status”
An agent marked as "Pending" indicates they have not yet logged into their account or accepted our Terms of Service.
