Monitoring your subscribers is important for making the most of your Homebot database.

1. To see unsubscribed clients, go to ‘CLIENTS’ and then click 'Issues.' 

2. From the 'Issues' tab click to filter by “Unsubscribes” to see which of your clients have opted out of our emails.

Keep in mind, the unsubscribe setting isn’t permanent. If you remove this client from your portal and add them back later, they’ll automatically be re-subscribed.

When a client wants to subscribe they are given options. They can either subscribe from a specific mailer or globally unsubscribe from all Homebot emails. If the client unsubscribes locally or from a specific mailer (the top options), you will be able to re-subscribe them to your account (the envelope icon within the client profile is clickable, and clicking it resubscribes the client). If the client unsubscribes globally (the bottom option), you will not be able to re-subscribe them. Instead, the red envelope icon is just an icon, not a button.

Be sure when adding them back, you confirm with your client they’d like to be re-subscribed to Homebot emails.
