Monitoring your subscribers is important for making the most of your Homebot database.
To see unsubscribed clients, go to ‘YOUR CLIENTS’ and then click 'Email Issues.'
From here, click 'Let’s go!'
This will take you to a list of your clients with email issues. Next, filter by “Unsubscribes” to see which of your clients have opted out of our emails.
Keep in mind, the unsubscribe setting isn’t permanent. If you remove this client from your portal and add them back later, they’ll automatically be re-subscribed.
Be sure when adding them back, you confirm with your client they’d like to be re-subscribed to Homebot emails.
