First, find and view the client profile under the homeowner's tab by using the search bar:
Next, scroll down until you see an envelope.
If the envelope is green, that means they're “subscribed”
If the envelope is red, that means they've “unsubscribed”
You can click on the envelope to unsubscribe or re-subscribe them:
