How Do I Unsubscribe a Homeowner?

First, find and view the client profile under the homeowner's tab by using the search bar:

Next, scroll down until you see an envelope.

  • If the envelope is green, that means they're “subscribed”

  • If the envelope is red, that means they've “unsubscribed”

You can click on the envelope to unsubscribe or re-subscribe them:
