Shared Clients Between an Agent and Lender Co-Sponsor

When a lender co-sponsors an agent, Homebot cross-references each database to find shared clients between them. This ensures clients don't receive duplicate reports.

Clients are considered "shared" when the email and home address are identical in their separate databases.

Co-sponsored real estate agents and loan officers maintain separate accounts. Shared clients will be visible in both accounts.

Since lenders are featured on every outgoing report sent from the agent's Homebot, we pause the report sent from the Loan Officer and default to sending it from the Agent only.

When a shared client sends a direct message through the report, the lender will still be notified via email, and it will populate under the Messages section of their portal.

Shared clients only relate to Homeowners; we do not have a concept of shared buyers in our system.
