When a homeowner lists their property for sale, Homebot automatically sends them an email within 24 hours. This email:

Additionally, Homebot will automatically create a Saved Search on their behalf. Once the homeowner receives their first listing alert, they’ll begin getting regular updates on similar homes in their area to stay informed and engaged with their local market.
Each email highlights nearby homes that are listed, sold, or under contract within a comparable price range, helping sellers like Holly understand how their home stacks up and what’s happening around them.
The Saved Search mirrors the property’s key details, including price range, location, and property type, so every result stays relevant and personalized.
Default Saved Search Rules
Price: 7.5% below to 10% above the homeowner’s listing price, rounded to the nearest $50K for a clean and consistent range.
Bedrooms: Matches the same number of bedrooms, up to one additional bedroom.
Property Type: Always matches the homeowner’s property type.
Location: Begins with the homeowner’s immediate neighborhood. If no listings are available, the search automatically expands to a larger surrounding area, and then to the full city.
