The Likely to Sell email alert helps you connect with homeowners before they list their home, giving you a valuable head start in the selling journey.
What It Is
When a homeowner is added to the Likely to sell Key Client List with a score of 90+, Homebot will automatically send a personalized email.
The email highlights:
Recently sold comps and active listings in their area
Personalized equity insights to help them understand their potential. If the client has less than 10,000 in equity, we'll include market stats instead.
A main call-to-action driving them into a Market Check-In, where they can share their selling timeline and ownership goals
Once the client completes their Homeowner Check-In, their responses flow back into their profile, giving you the context you need for the right outreach at the right time.

How It Works
To ensure relevant, timely engagement, the send rules are simple and protective:
Sent automatically only when a client crosses into High Likely to Sell (70+)
Delivered once, even if a client crosses the High LTS threshold multiple times
Eligible only for clients or prospects with verified homes and email permissions
If a client owns multiple homes, the email will be sent for the property with the highest equity
See example email below.
Manual Send Option
Since the automated email will only trigger for new clients who cross the 90% LTS threshold, this manual option ensures you can still engage your existing clients who are already flagged as likely to sell.
To manually send the email, navigate to the client's profile and click Send likely to sell email toward the bottom left. You may need to scroll down a bit.
How to preview the email
To preview the email, navigate to your profile or a client's profile, and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click Send likely to sell email
Step 2: Select Your email, enter your address, and click Send
