How the Homebot Network works for real estate agents
If you received a notification that you’re now featured on a Homebot report sent to a past client through their lender, that means you’ve been added to the Homebot Network as a preferred agent for that client.
Your next steps
Nothing at all. You’re already set up.
As long as your profile is complete—with your name, photo, email, company name, and logo—you’ll automatically appear in the right places throughout the client’s Homebot experience.
Where you’ll be featured
You’ll show up in key real estate-related modules like:
Tune your value module
Home Search experiences
Your Team drop-down
Market and listing modules
Schedule a Tour workflow
And more!
When you’ll be notified
Email notification when you're added to a client profile as their preferred agent
Email notifications whenever a client asks a real estate-related question in their Homebot report. It’s a great opportunity to re-engage and offer timely value.
That’s it! It's another way Homebot helps you stay connected to the clients who already know and trust you.
FAQ’s
Can I opt out?
You can unsubscribe from emails or remove yourself from the Homebot Network altogether from the welcome email you received from us.
If you’d like to be removed from a particular client, please contact [email protected].
How do preferred agents get added to the Homebot Network?
Preferred agents can be added automatically through the Homebot Network based on historical transactions, by a lender on behalf of a mutual client, or directly by the client.
Can preferred agents communicate with the lender?
If a client reaches out, you and their lender will be cc’d on the email, making it easy to collaborate with your shared client. There’s nothing you need to do proactively, but you’re always welcome to reach out to your lender and/or client first.
