How to unsubscribe a client
At this time, there is no way to unsubscribe a client. Instead, you will need to delete the client. To delete a client, follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Find the client in your account. Click on their name anywhere in blue.
Step 2: Click the blue edit button under their contact information.
Step 3: Click Delete and confirm
If a client unsubscribes they can still access their reports through previous emails for a limited time. As a result, you may notice activity from clients who have unsubscribed.
Resubscribes
If a client accidentally unsubscribes and wishes to resubscribe, please contact Customer Support directly to facilitate their re-enrollment.
Alternatively, you may share the following instructions with your client:
1. Locate a previous Homebot email in their inbox.
2. Open the email.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Manage Preferences."
4. Select the option to resubscribe.
