How to resubscribe clients

Do you have a client who unsubscribed but would like to start receiving Homebot emails again?

To help your client resubscribe to Homebot, please advise them to follow these steps:

  1. Locate a previous Homebot email in their inbox.

  2. Open the email.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Manage Preferences.”

  4. Select the option to resubscribe.
