How to remove a client from the CMA request list

If you'd like to remove a client from the list without completing the CMA, follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the Clients section, click on the Action Items tab

Step 2: Select CMA requests

Step 3: Click on their name to be taken to their profile

Step 4: Scroll down a bit, and click the trash icon (image 2 below)
