HomebotAI Limitations:

  • I currently cannot reference previous answers or questions and can only respond to one question at a time.

  • I will occasionally provide answers you were not expecting. You can always try re-running your original question to see if I can improve my answer, or refine your question with more detail.

  • I may experience periods of service interruption. If I'm generating consistent errors, please try me again later.

  • I currently do not keep a history of previously asked questions.

  • I can only provide answers based on the real estate and lending data available in Partner Intel. See Capabilities.

Personalization

If you ask HomebotAI to personalize results to your area of production, it will pull data from your Homebot profile to provide an answer (NMLS ID and office address). Make sure your profile has these fields accurately filled out or you may see incorrect or blank answers.

Performance expectations and troubleshooting ideas:

  • The average answer completion time is about 45 seconds. You may experience variations in performance due to the AI services we're testing. Question complexity will also impact load times.

  • There may be periods where you see an increase in errors generated and may need to try again. Please use the retry button in this scenario.

  • Results are limited to 25 right now, so if you're asking for a complete list, it may be limited.

Answer quality expectations and troubleshooting ideas:

  • Ask HomebotAI will do its best to make assumptions on parameters that are not specified. Sometimes this results in answers seeming off, so use your best judgment when evaluating the results. If it's having trouble answering the questions after multiple attempts, try re-wording or clarifying your question. More context is more helpful.

  • You might experience variation in accuracy. If answers seem off, we recommend re-running the same question multiple times before making changes.
