Partner Intel is designed to help Loan Officers partner with more agents, more effectively.
Note: Partner Intel is now available exclusively to Loan Officers actively on Homebot in the state of Colorado, and we’re excited to roll it out nationally in 2024.
Partner Intel’s user friendly experience makes it easy for you to access curated agent insights, review historical productivity data, and develop personalized outreach that enhances your agent partnership strategy.
When you enable Partner Intel as an add-on in Homebot, you can immediately access the information you need to create meaningful agent partnerships that expand your network and drive more business back to you.
Here's How it Works:
To find the best agents to partner with, navigate to the Partner Intel tab within your account. This is where you’ll be able to create your own custom searches for agents.
To search directly for your preferred agent, enter their name or company within the search box and click the blue search button.
Your search results will show agent-specific insights like buy side transaction volume, listing transaction volume, and active, pending, or closed listings. Plus, you can filter by transaction volume, count, or time period.
Not sure who you want to partner with yet? You can also apply filters that match the parameters and characteristics of the agents you’d like to partner with. You can filter your search by transaction time period, number of transactions, percentage of buy side, transaction volume, and average selling price.
Pro Tip: Once you’ve identified an agent that you’d like to partner with, easily connect with them via email or phone by tapping on the respective icons from within their profile—offering to cosponsor them is a great way to kickstart your relationship with them!
Setting Saved Search Alerts
Once you’ve nailed the parameters for your agent partnership strategy, you can save your search in Partner Intel and create custom alerts so you’ll be notified the moment a new agent meets your
criteria. After filtering you search criteria, click the 'save' button located under your search filters. Then, label your search accordingly.
