Example Script for Sending a Personalized Video to a Client

Sending a personalized video while previewing a client's report is one of the most effective ways to turn engagement data into a real conversation.

Before you record, check the client's activity feed and preview their Home Digest experience. Knowing what they've been looking at is what makes the message feel personal rather than generic.

Example Script

If you see in your client's Activity Feed that they've been exploring their selling potential, speak directly to that in your video. For example:

"Hi [Name], I was just looking at your Homebot report and noticed you're in a high-demand market — which puts you in a really strong position to sell. I'd love to walk you through what that could look like for you specifically. If you're interested, reply to this message and I'd be happy to connect."

Written Message to Accompany the Video

If you're sending the video by email or through BombBomb, consider pairing it with a short written note that sets up context before they hit play:

"Hi [Name], I noticed you may be in a great position to sell and recorded a quick personal video walking through your report. Click below to watch — let me know if you have any questions!"
