Learn how to cancel your Homebot subscription.

Customers on our month-to-month plan may cancel at any time.

We're sorry to see anyone go, but if you must, please get in touch with [email protected] and provide the following details:

  • First & last name of the account holder

  • Email associated with the account

  • Reason for canceling

Alternatively, send customer support a direct message using the pink icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
