We're sorry to see anyone go, but if you must, please navigate to the ACCOUNT section of your portal, click on the Billing info tab, scroll to the bottom, and hit Cancel subscription.
From here, we ask that you specify why you're canceling. The options are as follows:
Price
Too difficult to use
Found a better alternative
Lack of results
Didn't meet expectations
Career transition
Other
If choosing 'Other', you must provide an explanation.
Once you've selected your reason for canceling, click Finalize cancellation.
If you receive an error message, please get in touch with [email protected] and provide the following details:
First & last name of the account holder
Email associated with the account
Reason for canceling
Alternatively, send customer support a direct message using the pink icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Change your mind and want to keep your account active?
If you’ve already submitted a request to cancel your account but would prefer to keep it active, please email [email protected] with the following information:
Subject Line: “Keep my account active”.
Body of the email: "I've changed my mind and would like to keep my account active under the email ________." Please include the email associated with your Homebot account.
