Current market conditions are volatile, and high buyer demand is driving up prices. As a result, AVMs aren't consistent with real home prices on many sites clients use. Even Real Estate Agent-estimated valuations aren't always right because markets are changing fast or have so little comparable inventory. Queue client frustration!
To help people understand this context and how they can manage it with Homebot, clients in high-demand areas — where home valuations are more prone to be inconsistent— will see a thumbs up or down value check on their AVM module.
If they choose thumbs down, a new module will explain why their AVM looks a certain way and prompt them to tune their value.
Lenders can choose to add a personalized video (image below) to address high-demand market AVMs.
