Company & Office Info

Learn how to change your company and office information, plus additional customization for your clients

Written by Erica McGarvey

Maintaining an up-to-date brand in a rapidly evolving mortgage and real estate market is critical to ensure your clients follow you wherever you go. The Company section gives you control over your office information and branding details.

If you've recently switched brokerages or companies, it's important to update your company information and branding in Homebot to ensure your profile reflects your current professional affiliation.

Accessing Company Settings

To update your company/office information, navigate to the Company section at the bottom left corner of your account.

If your admin settings were recently enabled, log out and log back in to ensure the system recognizes the changes.

What You Can Update

From the Company section, you can update information directly, including:

Company details:

  • Company Name

  • Company phone number

  • Company address

  • Company website

  • Company icon

  • Company logo- Company NMLS ID (for loan officers)

Office details:

  • Office name

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • Zip code

  • Office phone

Not seeing the Company button?

The Company button is only visible to users who have been granted company admin access. If you don't see it, you'll need to request access from our support team. If your updated broker information isn’t showing correctly on your Home Buyer and Home Seller landing pages, ensure you’ve updated both your profile and the "Company > Settings" section. Save your changes to ensure the updates are syndicated correctly. If you’ve relocated to another state, update your profile and branding to reflect your new brokerage and address to continue using Homebot.
