Enterprise account admins manage Homebot across a larger organization — multiple companies, offices, and loan officers. Depending on your setup, you'll find these tools under Your Org or Company Admin in the navigation menu.
The tools you see depend on your role, account type, and organization setup. Don't see something you need? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support.
Who is an enterprise account admin?
An enterprise account admin manages Homebot for multiple users or teams — loan officers, offices, company settings, or several DBAs under one enterprise account. That's the key difference from an individual Homebot user: instead of managing just your own profile, you manage organization-level settings and users.
Accessing your admin tools
Log in to Homebot at homebotapp.com/sign_in
Open the navigation menu
Select Your Org or Company Admin, depending on your account setup
If you don't see an admin section, your profile may not have admin access enabled. Message us using the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your account.
View organization performance
See how your teams are using Homebot, including:
Engagement activity
Email performance
Client counts
Co-sponsorship information
Loan officer activity
Use these insights to spot where you can drive more engagement.
Manage loan officers
Depending on your access, you can:
View and search your list of loan officers
Review loan officer details — office, onboarding status, client count, agent count
Edit loan officer profile details
Add new loan officers
Transfer clients from one loan officer to another
To remove or deactivate a user, contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected].
Adding a loan officer and getting an error? Check whether that email address is already tied to another Homebot account.
Manage offices
You may also be able to manage office information, including:
Viewing offices
Adding a new office
Updating office details
Managing which users are associated with an office
Keeping office details accurate ensures clients see the right business information in Homebot communications.
Manage company settings
Admins can typically manage:
Company name and details
Branding information
Logo uploads
Digest-related settings
Business or office address information
If your enterprise account includes multiple DBAs, some settings apply at the parent company level while others are managed per company or DBA. Not sure which is which? Ask your Customer Success Manager.
Branding and logo requirements
Your branding settings control how your company appears across Homebot communications. You may need to upload:
A square logo or avatar
A horizontal logo for email and digest placement
Logo versions that work on both light and dark backgrounds
Use clear, high-resolution logos, and preview your branding before launch whenever possible.
Company Admin vs. Enterprise Admin access
Some users have a more limited Company Admin experience rather than full enterprise access. Company admins typically manage a single company, and depending on account type, they can:
Manage loan officers for that company
Manage real estate agents for that company
Add users
Manage offices
Update company branding and digest settings
Individual loan officers or agents may also see a limited Company Admin area for managing their own business details.
