Clients and prospects can request a pre-qual directly from their Home Search experience. They can do this from:
Any listing details page
When adjusting their budget
While using the financial calculators
When a pre-qual is requested, you'll receive an email notification and the client will land in the Needs pre-qual Key Client List.
To simply remove a client from the Needs pre-qual Key Client List without completing the request, click here.
How It Works
For Real Estate Agents
When a buyer requests a pre-qual:
Check your email. You and your lender co-sponsor will receive a notification about the request.
Find the client in your portal under the Needs pre-qual key client list.
Review their activity and preview their report before reaching out.
Call your client to understand their intentions. If they're working with a different loan officer, let your lender co-sponsor know.
Once you have their pre-qual data, enter it under the client's profile by clicking Complete pre-qual.

For Loan Officers
When you receive a pre-qual request from a prospect:
Reach out to the buyer to let them know you saw they requested a pre-qual and you want to understand what prompted their request.
Once you've completed the pre-qual, enter it manually by clicking “Complete pre-qual.”
This will remove the client from the “Needs pre-qual” Key Client List.
How to delete a pre-qual request
If you'd like to simply remove the client from the Needs pre-qual Key Client List, hit the trash icon on their profile under the Needs Attention card.
