Learn how to connect Usherpa to Homebot!

Usherpa is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that creates relationships using data intelligence and multi-channel marketing.

If you’re already using Usherpa, there is no additional cost for this integration, neither from Usherpa nor from Homebot.

How it works


The Usherpa–Homebot integration makes it easy for Loan Officers to connect their client and prospect data between the two platforms.

  • Push from Usherpa to Homebot: Loan Officers can send Clients (individuals with closed loans) and Prospects (buyers) from their Usherpa CRM directly into Homebot.

  • Pull from Homebot to Usherpa: Homebot client engagement events flow back into Usherpa as Pipeline Triggers, helping Loan Officers act on opportunities faster.

This two-way connection ensures you always have the most up-to-date insights to nurture relationships and convert opportunities.


How to request the Usherpa integration

To get started, fill out the appropriate Google form for you (Loan Officer or Enterprise contact) to complete:

What happens next:

  1. Once the form is submitted, the Homebot rep will generate and share the API Key and Loan Officer User ID(s) with Usherpa.

  2. Usherpa will use this information to set up the integration for either the individual Loan Officer or the Enterprise.

  3. For individual loan officers, Usherpa takes over communication and support from that point forward.


How to sync homeowners to Homebot

After the integration is set up for the Loan Officer or Enterprise, contacts can be sent to Homebot directly from Usherpa.

Send an individual homeowner

  1. Open the loan/contact record in Usherpa.

  2. Click “Send Loan to Homebot” on the right side of the screen.

  3. A Homebot Event is logged so you can confirm the contact was sent.

Send to multiple homeowners

  1. Switch to Grid View in the Loans list.

  2. Select multiple loans/contacts.

  3. In the Actions menu (upper-right), click “Send to Homebot.”

  4. All selected records are pushed at once and appear in your Homebot Event Report.


How to sync buyers / prospects to Homebot

Send to an individual prospect

  1. Open the prospect’s Contact Record in Usherpa.

  2. Click “Send Prospect to Homebot.”

  3. A Homebot Event is recorded for tracking.

Send to multiple prospects

  1. Go to Grid View for Contacts/Prospects.

  2. Select the desired prospects.

  3. From the Actions menu, choose “Send to Homebot.”


Monitor and automate with Homebot events

The integration allows Homebot client events to be automatically pushed into Usherpa as “Pipeline Triggers”

  • Dashboard: View triggered and dispositioned Homebot Events at a glance.

  • Contact Record: See an event history for each contact or prospect.

  • Pipelines & Workflows: Automate Homebot sends based on your workflow rules.

  • Event Report: Run a report of all Homebot activity for auditing or follow-up.


Quick Tips

  • Use Pipeline Automations to automatically send contacts to Homebot when they reach specific stages.

  • Check the Event Report regularly to confirm successful syncs and engagement.
