When your clients open certain "Learn more about this" drawers in most of the content modules, they'll see pink "question bubbles" (see the example below):

Once your client clicks on one of the bubbles, it immediately emails you and sends you a text message.

They can click into any of the canned questions to edit them to their liking or just type a custom question in the one that reads, "Ask a question..." 

Log into one of your client digests and explore the various canned questions in each module!
