Content Rules to Follow

Before you write anything, keep these four principles in mind:

1. Keep it short and easy

Capture attention quickly. Describe your offer in one clear, concise sentence at a 7th-grade reading level. For example: "I invested in a tool that helps you track your home's value and find smart ways to use your equity to build wealth."

2. Make your call to action clear

Tell people exactly what to do. For homeowner leads, they need to enter their address and email, then click 'Go.' Make that obvious: "Click the link below to view your home's estimated value, enter your email, and click 'Go' to unlock your personalized home wealth report."

3. Use words that evoke interest or emotion

Tap into what your audience actually cares about. Combine emotion with relevance: "...start building more wealth today so you can turn that dream vacation rental into reality."

4. Use video or images when you can

A 60-second video walking through your own Homebot report is one of the most effective ways to drive signups. If you're not comfortable on camera, a compelling image works too.


Content Structure

Use an elevator pitch structure to build your post. You don't need all four parts — sometimes leading straight with the solution and a CTA is enough.
