Ready to come back to Homebot? Login to Homebotapp.com using your login information (don't remember it? Click here). If you haven’t set a password, you can use the "magic link" option to access your account.

Carefully review the terms of service and acknowledge them to proceed.

We'll greet you with a welcome message! Click 'Continue' to reactivate your account. Follow the on-screen prompts to select a plan and enter your billing information. If applicable, confirm your preferred billing cycle (monthly or annually).

We'll greet you with a welcome message! Click 'Continue' to reactivate your account. You will see a "Welcome Back!" prompt. Follow the on-screen instructions to reactivate your account, choose your subscription plan, and confirm your billing information.

After reactivating your account, navigate to Account > Digest Settings. Toggle the desired settings to ON (pink) and click Save to resume automated emails and digests.

Next, pick your plan & confirm your personal information - no setup fee! If prompted for a setup fee, use the promo code "WAIVE200" or "waive50" to waive it. Loan officers are charged $25/month per co-sponsored agent, while real estate agents under the Agent Partner plan pay $25/month. If no lender co-sponsor is connected, the default plan is Agent Starter at $50/month.

To regain access to your client database, confirm whether your account is deactivated or if you are on a free trial. If deactivated, follow the reactivation process. If on a free trial, upgrade to a paid plan to unlock client database features.

Next, pick your plan & confirm your personal information - no setup fee will be charged! Access to the client database is only available on paid agent plans, such as Solo or Partner. Free trials do not include features like client database management or home value email delivery.

By following these steps, you can ensure uninterrupted access to your client database and other essential features in Homebot.
