Accessing Company Settings
To update your company/office information, navigate to the Company section at the bottom left corner of your account.
What You Can Update
From the Company section, you can update information directly, including:
Company details:
Company Name
Company phone number
Company address
Company website
Company icon
Company logo
Office details:
Office name
Address
City
State
Zip code
Office phone
Not seeing the Company button?
The Company button is only visible to users who have been granted company admin access. If you don't see it, you'll need to request access from our support team.
Email [email protected] or send us a chat using the icon at the bottom right of your screen and provide the following:
Company Information:
Company Name
Company Address
Company Website URL
Company Phone Number
Company Logo (attach to your message)
Company NMLS ID (for Loan Officers)
If your office details differ from the above, also include:

Office Address (Street, Suite #, City, State, Zip)
