No more combing through your Activity Feed and Opportunity Lists manually. Now you have HomebotAI: a conversational AI tool built right into your account. The agent does the thinking. You take the action.
With HomebotAI, you can:
Find out who to contact and what to say, with talking points, call scripts, and email drafts for each client
Ask questions about your market, partners, and clients, using client activity, local market trends, Partner Intel, sponsorship, and Homebot Network data
Get answers in the format you want, including maps, charts, tables, and dashboards
Tell it how you like to work, so every answer fits your business
Answers stream in live, so text, charts, and tables build on screen as they're generated.
HomebotAI is available for all individual paying Lenders, Title and Insurance Agents. If you're on an enterprise plan and don't see HomebotAI on the left navigation bar, please reach out to your customer success manager.
Who to contact and what to say
HomebotAI turns the insights already in your Homebot account into personalized outreach. Ask who to contact today, or pick a specific client, and HomebotAI will explain why the opportunity may be timely, suggest what to talk about, and draft outreach for the method you prefer.
What HomebotAI can create:
Talking points: Key details to guide a client conversation
Call scripts: A suggested opening, relevant questions, and possible next steps
Email drafts: A subject line and a personalized message
Text and follow-up ideas: Short language you can adapt for another channel
HomebotAI currently looks across these opportunity types:
Ready for Refi
Just Listed
Likely to Sell
High Equity
Likely to Buy
Highly Engaged
Try: "Who should I contact today, and why?"
Try: "Do any of my clients have a high likely to sell score and over 70% equity?"
Try: "Give me talking points for calling this client."
Try: "Give me a call script for this opportunity."
Try: "Draft an email for this client."
Try: "What should I say in my follow-up?"
You stay in control
HomebotAI never contacts clients, sends emails, or makes calls on its own. Every draft is a starting point for you to review, and you decide whether to edit it, use it, send it, or skip it.
Before you reach out:
Confirm the client details and opportunity are accurate
Adjust the language so it sounds like you
Follow your company's compliance and approval requirements
Don't present estimates or opportunity signals as guaranteed outcomes
HomebotAI is always improving. Treat drafts as a helpful starting point, not final or compliance-approved messaging, and double-check important details before acting.
What HomebotAI can look at
HomebotAI goes beyond your opportunity lists. It can pull from these data sources to answer bigger questions about your market, partners, and clients.
What your clients do in Homebot
HomebotAI can see how your clients actually use Homebot, including:
Calculators they use
Panels they open
Listings they view and favorite
Messages and CMA requests they send you
Instead of relying on a single "last active" date, HomebotAI looks at all of this activity to decide who's engaged and why. Favorited homes are an especially strong signal that a client is ready to buy.
Try: "Who are my 5 most engaged clients this month?"
Try: "Who's been using the cash-out calculator or reading about cash-out for renovations? Draft them a quick note."
Try: "Which homeowners checked 'Should you sell?' or their cash position this month? Who might list soon?"
Try: "Which buyers used the affordability or assumable mortgage calculator in the last two weeks?"
Try: "Show me clients that have recently favorited homes in Homebot."
Try: "Did anyone message me or request a CMA in the last 30 days?"
Try: "Which clients were active last month but have gone quiet?"
Local market trends from Altos Research
HomebotAI can pull housing market data for any zip code, city, or state, so you can answer your clients' market questions and your own prospecting questions right in the chat, without pulling reports or crunching MLS data yourself. It covers:
Market temperature (buyer and seller demand)
Median prices
Inventory
How long homes sit on the market
How all of the above has changed over time
HomebotAI also factors this market context into its talking points, email drafts, and client opportunities, so your outreach is more specific to where each client lives.
Try: "Which of my clients' homes are in hot seller markets and might want to sell?"
Try: "Which of my clients with high equity in cold seller markets might want to cash out to renovate?"
Try: "Which of the agents in my network do business in hot seller markets I should target?"
Try: "Which Austin zip codes have the least inventory?"
Try: "Which zip codes near downtown Denver are under $500k with strong demand?"
Try: "Give me a graph of seller demand in my top zip codes over the past 12 months."
Transaction data from Partner Intel
HomebotAI writes its own queries against Partner Intel data, so you can get answers to high-value market questions like:
Market share by state
Agent rankings down to the zip code
Lender competition
Acquisition analysis
Try: "My client Robert might sell his home. Who are the top 3 listing agents by closed deals in his state over the last 12 months, and which brokerages are they with?"
Try: "Show me all of [agent's name]'s top loan officers they've worked with in the last 24 months."
Find agents to partner with
Use Partner Intel data to find agents who are growing, open to a new lender, or a strong fit for your business. Then let HomebotAI prep you for the first conversation.
Try: "Which agents in [market] grew their buy-side deal count the most compared to last year? Show their brokerage and who they're currently closing with."
Try: "Find newer agents in [zip code] with at least five closed deals in the last 12 months who haven't settled on one lender yet."
Try: "Which agents in [market] use three or more different lenders? Rank them by total volume."
Try: "Show me agents whose top lender changed in the last year."
Try: "Which agents in [market] close the most first-time buyer deals at price points under [$ amount]?"
Try: "Which agents represented the most buyers or sellers among my past clients, and are any of them not in my Homebot Network yet?"
Try: "For my clients most likely to sell, which listing agents dominate their neighborhoods? Give me a one-line pitch for each agent."
Try: "Give me a quick brief on [agent's name]: production over the last 12 months, price range, buy versus sell split, and who they close with. Then draft a short intro text from me."
Your clients matched to public records
Your Homebot clients and their homes are linked to real transaction data from Partner Intel, so HomebotAI can answer questions that need both at once.
Try: "Look at my Homebot clients and tell me how many repeat deals I've lost in the past year."
Sponsorships
HomebotAI knows who you sponsor and who sponsors you.
Try: "Which of my sponsored agents have the most clients loaded, and which ones haven't added anyone yet?"
Your Homebot Network
HomebotAI can see all your Homebot Network connections and match clients who are missing a preferred partner with the right people, using Partner Intel data.
Try: "Which of my Homebot clients are missing a preferred real estate agent? Recommend who I should refer to each one based on performance and profile fit in their market."
Get answers in the format you want
You don't have to settle for a wall of text. Ask HomebotAI to turn your data into a map, chart, table, or dashboard that's easy to scan, screenshot, and share with a client or manager.
You can also refine any answer instead of starting over. Narrow it by timeframe, location, opportunity type, or number of results, or change the tone and length of a draft.
Try: "Map my top 20 opportunities by location."
Try: "Build me a dashboard of my book: equity tiers, refi candidates, and likely-to-sell, as charts."
Try: "Put my clients missing a preferred agent in a table I can share."
Try: "Narrow that to clients I haven't contacted in 90 days."
Try: "Make that text casual, two sentences, no exclamation points."
Tell HomebotAI how you like to work
Save up to five preferences, and HomebotAI applies them to every answer, so you don't have to re-explain yourself every conversation. Just tell it in chat what you want it to know, and it'll save it. HomebotAI always asks for your OK before saving anything, and if it notices you asking for the same thing more than once, it may suggest saving it for you.
Saved preferences are different from details you mention in passing. If you want HomebotAI to always apply something, save it as a preference.
You can customize anything. A few ideas:
Your market and business focus: The areas, products, client types, and growth strategies you care about most, so ranked lists and recommendations lean toward what matters to you.
Outreach style: Tone, length, format, and signature for drafted texts and emails, so they sound like you.
Target partners: The kind of agents you want to work with, so partner recommendations fit your business.
Priorities and don'ts: Which opportunities to surface first and which topics to leave alone.
Try: "Remember that I focus on refinances in Pima County, and keep my draft emails short and casual."
Try: "I want you to create a writing guide as one of my user preferences. Here are some example emails you can use [share your real examples]."
Try: "I want you to always tag insurance cross-sell opportunities whenever you're looking for client opportunities. I'm trying to help referral partners."
Try: "View saved preferences."
Not sure what to ask?
Use one of the provided prompts, or ask HomebotAI for ideas. As you keep using it, you'll also see suggested follow-up prompts to help guide the conversation.
Try: "Give me a breakdown of what you can do for me, what data you have access to, and some example questions to test it out myself."
Try: "What questions could I ask here that I'm not thinking of?"
Try: "What insights should I look into?"
More prompts to get you started:
"What about my refi candidates this week?"
"Any clients I should reach out to about their equity?"
"What's my market share in [state]?"
"Who are the top agents in [zip code]?"
Your data
HomebotAI only sees your own Homebot data. Your data stays inside Homebot and isn't used to train outside AI models.
Answers come from your Homebot account and show the clients they're based on, so you can check the details before you act.
Give feedback
Use the thumbs up or thumbs down on any HomebotAI response, and leave a quick comment if something's off. It directly shapes what we build next.
