The Purchasing Power email is an automated monthly email that replaces the Market Report. Where the Market Report told clients about their zip code, Purchasing Power is about them: how much home they could buy right now — a question that works for homeowners and buyers alike.
This email is delivered monthly. It lands 15 days after each client's Home Digest (which is also monthly), so clients hear from you every two weeks.
What the Purchasing Power email contains
The email displays the client's purchasing power, how rates and equity move it, a zip-at-a-glance stats card, and a path into the Affordability Calculator.
Customers on an enterprise plan get a customizable banner tile inside it. Please reach out to your CSM for more information.
