Profile & Account Settings

Learn how to update your profile information, upload a photo, add custom links, update your login email, and manage digest settings.

Everything in your profile populates throughout your clients' reports and emails — make sure it's complete and accurate before adding clients.


Update Your Profile Information

Navigate to the Account tab → Profile section to update your contact details, including:

  • Name, email address, and phone number

  • Title and NMLS ID

  • Website URL, LinkedIn, and state licenses

  • Custom disclaimer (appears in all report modules and email footers)

Click Save when done.


Upload a Profile Photo

Your profile photo appears in every email and report sent to your clients. To upload one, navigate to the Account tab → Profile section, scroll down to your photo, and click Change. Select your photo and click Save.

Profile photos should be a minimum of 150x150 pixels for best results.

Add Your Custom Links

Adding your booking and loan application links lets clients take action directly from their Homebot digest — and you'll be notified in your activity feed when someone clicks them.

  • Calendar/scheduling link — lets clients book a call with you directly

  • Loan application URL — directs clients to your financing options

Navigate to the Account tab → Profile section to add both links, then click Save.


Update Your Login Email Address

To update the email address used to log in to Homebot, navigate to the Account tab → Profile section, update the Email field, and click Save.

The email you update here will be used for all future logins to Homebot.

If you run into an error, contact support with a screenshot of the error, your current email address, and the new email address you'd like to use.


Add Brand Details

If you co-sponsor agents, your brand details appear on every report sent to their clients. Navigate to the Account tab → Profile section → Brand Details to add your logo and company information.


Manage Digest Settings

Navigate to the Account tab → Digest Settings to control what emails your clients receive:

  • Toggle the Market Update email on or off (homeowners receive two emails per month by default)

  • Turn off digest emails for all homeowners or all buyers

  • Customize your Welcome Email — the only email you can fully edit

Email settings apply to your entire database — you cannot turn off emails for a single client.
