Export a Pipeline Report from Arive to Import Into Homebot

If you use Arive as your LOS, you can export your pipeline as a .csv and upload it to Homebot.

Written by Nawaal Immerfall
  1. In Arive, click the Reports tab in the top blue menu bar and select Pipeline Reports.

  2. Click the + New Report button in the top right.

  3. Name your report and choose its visibility (Me Only, Branch, or Company).

  4. Click + Add Filters to narrow the loans included if needed. Tip: broader filters work better β€” you can sort and filter further in Excel after exporting.

  5. Click the Manage button on the right to choose which attributes (columns) to include. Make sure you select the fields Homebot needs: borrower first/last name, email, property address, property zip, and ideally loan amount, interest rate, loan term, loan purpose, and closing date. See the full list of required and recommended fields here.

  6. Click Update, then click Add Report in the upper right to save.

  7. Click Export and save the file as a .csv.

  8. Open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet editor to confirm the required fields are present, then upload it to Homebot using the bulk client upload.

Need help from Arive? Arive's detailed support docs require an Arive login. If you run into trouble, log into your Arive account and reach out to their support team directly through the help widget in-app.
