Introducing Homebot to Homeowners

Use when adding an existing client or reaching out after signing them up.

In person or by phone:

"I've invested in a tool that helps you track your home's value and find smart ways to use your equity to build wealth with your biggest asset. I'd love to get you set up so you can start receiving your personalized home wealth report every month."

By text:

"Hey [Name], I just signed you up for a free tool called Homebot. You'll get a monthly email with your updated home value, equity position, and personalized financial scenarios. It's my way of keeping you in the loop on your biggest investment. Keep an eye out for an email from Homebot!"

By email:

Subject: Your free home wealth report is on its way

Hi [First Name],

I just signed you up for Homebot — a free tool I provide to all of my clients. Every month, you'll receive a personalized report showing your home's estimated value, your equity position, and financial scenarios tailored to your situation (like what refinancing could save you, or what you could net if you sold).

Keep an eye out for your first report from Homebot. And as always, if anything in that report sparks a question, I'm just a reply away.

Introducing Homebot to Buyers

Use when adding a buyer prospect to your account.

In person or by phone:

"I've invested in a tool that gives you the ability to privately search active listings nationwide, explore your favorite markets, and understand affordability using built-in financial calculators. You can also easily find listings with seller concessions or that are likely to negotiate. Once I get you set up — takes just a couple of minutes — you can start searching safely without the risk of your information being sold to the highest bidder."

By text:

"Hey [Name], I just set you up with a search tool I give all my buyer clients. It's a private, nationwide home search that won't sell your info to other agents. You'll also get financial insights on any listing so you know what's actually affordable for you. Look out for an email from Homebot!"

By email:

Hi [First Name],

I set you up with a tool I give all of my buyer clients — it's a private, nationwide home search experience that won't sell your information to other agents or lenders. You'll be able to explore listings, see financial insights based on your budget, and easily find homes with seller concessions or that are likely to negotiate.

Re-engaging Past Clients

Use when reaching out to clients you haven't spoken to in a while — especially those who aren't yet receiving Homebot.

By phone:

"Hey [Name], it's [Your Name]. It's been a while and I wanted to check in. I've been using a tool called Homebot with all of my clients — it sends a monthly home value update so you always know where you stand with your equity. I'd love to get you set up. Use immediately after closing to set up a long-term touchpoint with your new homeowner.
