Due to how we collect data on your client's home, the address cannot be edited after they've been added to Homebot's system. To update your client's address, please add the new address and then delete the out of date address.
1. Search and select your client from the 'Your Clients' tab:
2. Select 'Preview Digest' from client's profile page:
3. In the upper right hand corner of your homeowners digest, select '+Add Home':
4. Enter in the new address for your client:
5. Once the new address is added, select the old address from the digest:
6. Select 'Back to Client'
7. Select 'Delete Home'
8: Confirm you'd like to delete this home in the pop-up:
Your client will now start receiving a digest for the new address.
If you are receiving an error that the property has already been added, it may be because the address types are too similar.
