Passwords in Homebot must be at least 8 characters long, and contain the following information:
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 special character (ie. !, >, or &)
Once you're in your account for the first time, you can navigate to the ACCOUNT tab > Password sub tab to add your unique password.
If you are having trouble getting into your account, you have a couple options from the Homebot login page, Homebotapp.com:
Email me a link
This option will send you a magic link to access your account. The link will allow you to navigate to the password section and set your password.
Reset your password
This option will send you a link to change your password and will prompt you to login again.
Are you still having issues logging into your account? Try the following:
First, make sure you are using the correct email address that's associated with your account.
If you don't know the email associated with your account, please send customer support a direct message using the pink icon located at the bottom right of your screen.
