You can easily find the client you're looking for in your client engagement portal.

From the CLIENTS tab, you can:

To locate a client within your portal, navigate to the Clients tab. From there, you can search by name, home address, or email. The matching client will appear in the results below as shown in the following gif:

Step 2: Scroll down and click Sort by

The available sort options are:

Note: There is no option to sort or filter by engagement level, activity level, or "least active."

You can filter your database by client type (homeowners and buyers). There is no filter for engagement level or activity status.
