Who can cancel?
Any customer on a month-to-month plan can cancel at any time β no notice period required.
How to cancel
Log in to your Homebot portal.
Go to the Account section.
Click the Billing Info tab.
Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
Select a cancellation reason from the list below.
Click Finalize Cancellation.

Lack of results
Didn't meet expectations
Career transition
Other (requires a written explanation)
Got an error during cancellation?
If you see an error message, contact support at [email protected] with:
First and last name on the account
Email address associated with the account
Reason for canceling
You can also use the pink chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen to message support directly.
Changed your mind? Keep your account active.
If you've already submitted a cancellation request but want to reverse it, email [email protected] with:
Subject: Keep my account active
Body: "I've changed my mind and would like to keep my account active under the email [your Homebot email address]."
