The Favorited Property Alert email lets your clients know when a home they favorited in Homebot changes, whether that's a price drop, a status change, or the home going up for sale. Clients raised their hand on these specific homes, so this keeps them first to know when something moves.
These emails get read. Favorites are personal, and this email has one of the highest open rates of any Homebot email.
What the email contains
The favorited home and what changed: the new price, the new status, or the listing going live. Clicking the home card opens the listing's detail page in Homebot.
Two one-tap buttons that open a pre-written email to you: "Can you help me get a showing scheduled?" and "Can I get prequalified?"
Your contact information, so clients can call or reply to you directly.
Subject lines
The subject line changes based on what happened to the home:
Price change: Leads with the change and the address, for example "Price dropped $15K on [street address]"
Status change: For example, "This home is officially for sale!" with variations for pending, sold, and back on market
Key rules to know
Who receives it: Any client who has favorited a home in Homebot, whether or not they own a home themselves.
When it sends: Automatically, when a favorited home's price or status changes, or when it's newly listed. Everyone who favorited that home receives the alert.
Unsubscribes: Clients can manage these alerts from the link at the bottom of the email.
Related email: Listing updates from a client's saved searches and galleries arrive in the Saved Search Listing Alerts email.
Why it matters
A price drop on a home your client already loves is a natural reason to reach out. And when a client taps "Can you help me get a showing scheduled?", you hear from someone ready to see a specific home. Keep an eye on your Activity Feed for clients who click through.
