The Saved Search Listing Alerts email sends your clients the new and updated listings that match the searches, favorites, and galleries they follow in Homebot, all batched into one email. It's the payoff for saving a search: clients hear about the homes they asked about as soon as those homes hit the market or change.
This is one of Homebot's best-performing emails. Clients asked for these updates, so they open and click them at some of the highest rates in the lineup.
What the email contains
Matching listings grouped by gallery, such as Newly Listed, Recent Price Drop, Recently Sold, and Open Houses
A View [gallery name] button under each group that opens that gallery in Homebot
Two one-tap buttons that open a pre-written email to you: "Can you help me get a showing scheduled?" and "Can I get prequalified?"
Subject line & preview text
Subject: "New and updated listings in your market for [date]"
Preview text: Repeats the subject line.
Key rules to know
Who receives it: Any client who follows a saved search, favorite, or gallery that matches new or updated listings. This includes both homeowners and buyers.
When it sends: Automatically, whenever new or updated listings match what the client follows.
Saved searches created for sellers: When a client's own home is listed, Homebot creates a saved search on their behalf, so they'll start receiving this email too. Learn more in the Your Home Just Listed email article.
Unsubscribes: Clients can turn off these alerts from the Manage Preferences link at the bottom of any Homebot email.
Why it matters
When a client taps "Can you help me get a showing scheduled?" or "Can I get prequalified?", you get an email from someone who is actively looking at a specific home. That's a warm conversation you didn't have to start.
