Partner Intel Best Practices PDF

Written by Erica McGarvey

This playbook shows you how to use Partner Intel to know exactly where your current agent connections stand — and how to grow them strategically, whether you're auditing agents you already know, prospecting new ones, or walking into a brokerage meeting.

What's inside

The playbook is organized into four core plays, plus a section on handling objections:

  • Audit your existing agent relationships — Use the Connections tab to see every buy-side agent you've closed at least one deal with in the last five years. Compare their total volume to their deals with you to spot where you're under-leveraged, and which relationships are worth investing in more deeply.

  • Find new agent partners worth pursuing — Use the Search view to find productive agents by name, license number, or location, and filter by transaction volume, buy-side percentage, and co-sponsor status to build a targeted prospect list.

  • Walk into a brokerage meeting prepared — Use the Brokerages tab to pull up every active agent at a shop you're targeting, sorted by volume, so you know who's a top producer, who's mid-level, and who's newer before you ever walk in the door.

  • Recruit top lending talent — A bonus play for branch managers and recruiting LOs: use transaction data to identify loan officers worth recruiting based on their volume and the strength of their agent network.

  • Objections you'll actually hear — Responses to the six objections agents raise most often about co-sponsorship, sourced from our Help Center article on handling co-sponsorship objections.

Who it's for

Any loan officer using Partner Intel to build, audit, or grow agent relationships — from your first prospect list to prepping for a brokerage lunch-and-learn.
