How to Export Your Database

Learn how to request an export of your Homebot client database, what's included in the export, and what to expect.

Homebot does not have a self-serve export button at this time. To export your client database, you'll need to contact Customer Support and they'll generate the export for you.


How to request a database export

Step 1: Click the pink chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your Homebot account.

Step 2: Send a message to Customer Support requesting a database export.

Step 3: Support will generate your export and send it to the email address on your account.

Note: The export will be sent to the email address associated with your Homebot account. Please allow 1–2 business days for the export to be processed and delivered.


What's included in the export

The export is delivered as a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx) and includes the client data currently in your Homebot account, such as:

  • Client first and last name

  • Email address

  • Property address

  • Client type (homeowner or buyer)

  • Date added

The exact fields included may vary. Contact support if you need specific fields included in your export.


Key rules to know

  • There is no self-serve export β€” all exports must be requested through Customer Support

  • The export is sent to the email on your Homebot account

  • Allow 1–2 business days for processing

  • If you need specific fields, request them when you contact support
