What is the Weekly Leaderboard Email?
The Weekly Leaderboard Email is a Monday morning digest that surfaces clients who have recently engaged with Homebot — things like opening emails, exploring their home value, or interacting with financial tools. It's your starting point for the week's outreach.
The email is organized into five sections — one for each Opportunity List — so you can see at a glance which clients are active and why they matter right now. Each section shows 1–3 of the most relevant clients, prioritized based on a combination of financial signals and recent engagement.
What You'll See in the Email
Each section of the email represents one of your Opportunity Lists:
Ready for Refi — Clients with $100+ in potential monthly savings who recently used the refi calculator
Just Listed — Clients with an active listing who clicked a listing alert email
Likely to Buy — Clients who used a financial calculator or inquired about a listing in the last 90 days
Likely to Sell — Clients with a Likely to Sell score of 80+ who have set a move date
High Equity — Clients with 35%+ equity who recently touched the cash-out calculator
For each client, you'll see their first and last name along with a direct link to their full profile in your account. Client details like phone numbers and email addresses can be found on the client's profile.
💡 Pro tip: If a section is empty, it will still appear in the email. That just means no clients currently qualify for that list — check back next week as engagement data refreshes.
How It Connects to Your Opportunity Lists
The Weekly Leaderboard Email and your Opportunity Lists use the same underlying engagement signals — so the clients surfaced in Monday's email are the same clients you'll find at the top of the relevant lists in your account.
Think of the email as your weekly nudge and the Opportunity Lists as your full working view. The email gets you started; clicking through to your account is where you take action.
How to Use the Weekly Leaderboard Email
Review Monday morning. Scan each section for clients you recognize and any names that stand out.
Click through to their profile. Each client name links directly to their profile page in your Homebot account, where you can see their full engagement history, equity position, and more.
Take action from your Opportunity Lists. For a deeper view of all qualifying clients — not just the top 1–3 — head to the Clients tab in your account.
