If you’re currently signed up through our Black Knight reseller partnership, your account will be terminated at the end of our transition period if you don’t sign up for a Homebot Direct plan.

Here’s the good news: Homebot Direct has even more features including bulk client uploads and lender match!

What this means for you:

To continue engaging with your database once our partnership with Black Knight sunsets, please take these steps to transition your account to Homebot Direct.

Option 1: Contact the Homebot support team

  1. Reach out to the Homebot support team directly by either emailing [email protected] or calling 720-432-1115. An example email template is provided below.

  2. Our support team will transition your plan to Homebot Direct and send a request to Black Knight to cancel your subscription and billing in their system.

  3. Once you receive confirmation that the transition is complete, log back into your Homebot account. You will be prompted to choose your Homebot subscription plan and enter your billing information.

  4. Re-connect with your sponsoring loan officer through the Co-Sponsor tab or find a Loan Officer to work through a lender match.

  5. You’re good to go! All your clients will transition automatically. Check out the new bulk upload feature and add more clients to continue growing your network!

    I would like to transition my Homebot account from Black Knight to Homebot Direct. The email address associated with my Homebot account is: ________.

    Please confirm when this task has been completed.

Option 2: Contact your Black Knight support team

  1. Reach out to the Black Knight support team directly by either emailing them at [email protected] or calling 800-530-5395. An example email template is provided below.

  2. Black Knight will remove your credit card information and inform Homebot that you wish to transition your account.

  3. Once you receive confirmation from Black Knight that your account has been transitioned, log back into your Homebot account.

  4. Once logged in, you will be prompted to choose your Homebot subscription plan and enter your billing information.

  5. Re-connect with your sponsoring loan officer through the Co-Sponsor tab or find a Loan Officer to work through a lender match.

  6. You’re good to go! All your clients will transition automatically but check out the new bulk upload feature and add more clients to continue growing your network!
