Every digest and buyer's report has a disclaimer, notifying your clients that the values provided are just estimates and that they should always talk to their real estate expert.
You can add your custom disclaimer that will show at the top of the disclaimer message, both on the report and your personalized landing pages:
To add a custom disclaimer, navigate to Account in the top right corner and click on Manage Profile & Settings:
From your Profile, scroll down and add your custom disclaimer in the appropriate box and click Save:
