Our partnership with Ylopo allows your buyers to browse listings directly from Homebot. You can track their engagement and will receive notifications when clients request information.

Do you work closely with a Real Estate Agent and prefer to drive traffic to their listings site? No problem! Use the Custom Home Search POWER UP

Please note: This feature is only available to Loan Officers on Homebot's Pro Plan. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

How It Works

Any time your client clicks on a zip code of interest in the Market Explorer, they'll be able to explore the for-sale homes listed in the area:

Activate Home Search by Ylopo

From your navigation bar, select Customize:

Then, click on + Get Started to activate the Home Search by Ylopo:

Under the GET STARTED section, click the box to agree to Terms of Service and then click + Connect:

You are now connected! Click View in Market Explorer to see what it looks like!

Leverage the information

Clients can inquire about properties, messaging you directly. Homebot also tracks their activity in the Activity Feed:

If your client shows high search activity or contacts you through Homebot, be sure to give them a call to discuss the following:

PRE-QUALIFICATION

  • If they already have a pre-qual, ensure it's added and up to date in Homebot.

  • If they need pre-qualification, help them get the process started by discussing their next steps.

REAL ESTATE AGENT

  • If they've yet to get an agent, make an introduction.

  • If they have an agent, ask for an introduction so you can share the homes of interest easily.

To better prep for your call, deep dive into your client's activity and profile information:
