Has your client's information changed? No problem! It's super easy to update client information in your Homebot portal.

From your client's profile, you can update the following information:

  • Contact Information: name, email, phone number, and language preferences (Spanish or English)

  • Current AVM Value: the estimated home value determined using any data provided upon client upload, pulled from public record, and market trends according to our partner Black Knight.

    • CMA Value of Home: the value determined from a comparative market analysis (CMA) done on the home

    • Range: minimum and maximum home value range to help inform future market values

  • Home Facts: the information provided via file upload or public record.

    • Sale Facts: the sold date and price

    • Property Facts: the # of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total square footage

  • Subscription: un or re-subscribe your clients.

Are you looking to change or update their address? Read this.

To edit your client's information, first search and select your client from the HOMEOWNERS tab:

Once selected, click on your client's name to open their profile:


To edit your client's contact information name and/or language preferences, click on the blue pencil next to their name:


Click Update your CMA value next to the estimate home value to make immediate changes:

Be prepared to provide the new home value and the range, including the minimum and maximum prices for homes in that area.


From their profile, select the blue pencil icon next to which facts you'd like to edit:

Click Save to update!


To manage your client's subscription, click on the envelope icon. Green means subscribed and red means unsubscribed:
