Note: Unless your client is using the same email address, language preferences must be changed for the client on both the homeowner and buyers side.

For HOMEOWNERS:

  1. Go to "Your Clients" tab
  2. Search and select your client
  3. Click on the blue pencil icon next to their name
  4. Select "+ Add Language Preference"
  5. Select Spanish as the preference
  6. Save your changes
  7. "Preview Digest" to see the changes

For BUYERS:

  1. Go to "Your Buyers" tab
  2. Search and select your client
  3. Click on the blue pencil icon next to their name
  4. Select "Spanish" under the clients phone number
  5. Save your changes by clicking on the pink "Update info"
  6. "Preview Report" to see the changes
