How do I change my digest settings?

1. Click on your 'Account' (next to your profile photo) in the upper right-hand corner of your portal and select 'Manage Profile & Settings'

2. Select the "Digest Settings" tab

3. Use the toggles to make changes: pink = ON, grey = OFF

4. Once your done making your updates, select the "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the page
