We pull all of our data from public records and give the agent the option to adjust the value if that information was incorrectly recorded.
To update the value of a client’s home, go to their profile, then click "Have you done a CMA recently?" This will allow you to enter a more accurate value of the home.
Your client will receive an email notification and their digest will be updated immediately.
